We provided a systems methodology for the AT&T Access Financial Integrity Team in identifying, evaluating and managing several hundred financial risks associated with revenue collection from seven Bell holding companies following the Bell System divestiture.

NASA

We were responsible for application of SMART concept in all 8 NASA Centers as well as evaluation of Space Shuttle launch risk following explosion of Columbia.

IBM

We were responsible for the incorporation of the systems approach to managing risk in both future IBM technology development (San Jose, CA) and ongoing systems manufacturing (Rochester, MN).

EXXON

We developed a framework for identifying and controlling 360 risks of Exxon offshore drilling projects as well as an analytical program of Exxon tanker emergency evacuation.

OSHA

We provided systems risk expertise on a 5-man disaster investigation team as well as preparation of the major report on 1998 explosion of the world's largest grain elevator in Wichita that killed 7 and injured 10.

FEMA

We utilized an implementation of SMART for 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles that successfully prevented terrorism that was anticipated to be similar to what had occurred at 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich.

US COAST GUARD

We provided an evaluative risk framework for certification of tension leg platforms for offshore petroleum drilling – also preparation of the USCG "Western Arctic Operations Hazard Strategy".

MANITOBA GOVERNMENT AIR SERVICES

We integrated implementation of SMART for over 400 risks in a three-fold Manitoba government aviation mission – executive transport, air ambulance, and airborne water suppression of forest fires.

DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE

We created an integrated system that methodologically analyzes and evaluates designated research and technology information requiring protection against unauthorized or inadvertent disclosure or loss during RDT&E.

TRANSPORT CANADA

We provided a systematic Evaluation of Canadian Airport Emergency Response (for 645 airports) – solicited by the Minister of Transport.

GPU NUCLEAR

We provided "the only methodology that GPU Nuclear was able to identify that allows for systematic evaluation of a very broad range of risks" -- selected after interviews with over 70 companies and 40 experts – applied to the Oyster Creek Nuclear Plant following Three Mile Island disaster.

DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

We provided an Independent System Analysis of Maritime Prepositioning Ships (TAKX) --the basis through systematic management of over 600 identified risks -- for USCG certification of the Maritime Administration design.

ST. JOSEPH MEDICAL CENTER

We utilized an implementation of SMART in Burbank 600-bed hospital that identified and ranked 2500 risk scenarios in 47 separate functions.

WASHINGTON DC METRO

We provided systematic identification, evaluation, and management of more than 200 METRO-CSX common corridor risks under mandate of US Congress – resulting in $25 million countermeasures being implemented.

NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION SAFETY BOARD

We implemented systems management methodology for accident investigation to its regional office staffs as well as Headquarters in Washington, DC.
